Return / Refund / Cancellation policy

The return Policy of RAUDAT SOLUTIONS is customer-centric and our aim is to accommodate our customers as much as we can.

We welcome replacement/return of our products based on the following terms:

  1. Wrong product has been dispatched.
  2. If the product received by you is in damaged condition because of breakage in transportation. However, we would require an unboxing video to substantiate claims of missing or broken products.The customer must make a clear video of opening the box and unboxing all articles from it at the time when they first open the box. 

The following, however, are not eligible for return:

  1. Items marked as ‘Sale’ or bought using coupon codes are not eligible for refund or exchange.
  2. High contact products are not eligible for return. Food serving products and other products which are high contact like bedcovers, cushion covers, towels etc. Are not eligible for returns due to safety reasons.

Return Process

We are committed to ensuring that your products reach you safely and securely. However, in the rare event that you have received a damaged or incorrect product, please submit a return request through email to, within 5 days of receiving your order.  

The time frame starts from the date the product was delivered as per the confirmation received from our logistics team or courier partners. Please ensure that product must be returned with original packaging including tags & invoices etc. It should be unused and in original condition.

Return Request Process

Please mention the order number in the email and also the reason for the return.

Also, please attach an unboxing video and at least two images, one of the damaged parts and one of the entire product, for us to ascertain the reason for return. Our Quality Assurance team will check the details in reference to its eligibility of return

We will then get back to you with your Return Request Status within 2-3 days of receiving your request mail (with pictures and video). Once your return request has been accepted, we will arrange a reverse pick up for the product in question. It usually takes about 2-3 working days for organizing a pickup and 7-10 days for delivery at our warehouse. Once the merchandise is back at our warehouse, our quality assurance team will check the merchandise and if they authorize the return, the refund process will get initiated within 2-3 days of receiving it.

The refund process would be:

  • For COD Orders – You can choose to receive a refund in the form of a coupon that shall be valid for 1 year. The entire value of the coupon code must be consumed in one single order, and it cannot be applied across multiple orders. However, if you’d like to receive the amount back, we will initiate a refund.
  • For Prepaid Orders– You can choose to receive a refund in the form of a coupon that shall be valid for 1 year. However, if you would like to receive the amount back, a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 days of approval of the refund.

Cancellation of Order –

You can cancel the order strictly within 4 hours of placing the order. You may initiate cancellation from the My Account dashboard. Cancellation requests will be accepted strictly within 4 hours of placing the order only.
