Shipping Policy

At Raudat Solutions,our aim is to deliver your products to you with the utmost care, and we partner only with reputed national couriers.

Shipping within India is FREE for all orders above Rs. 999. For orders below that, we charge a flat Rs. 100 shipping fee.
We wait for 4 hours before we start processing the order. This is because of our cancellation policy, which gives you the flexibility to cancel your order within 4 hours of placing the order.

Delivery time is subject to factors beyond our control including unexpected travel delays from our courier partners and transporters due to weather conditions, strikes, and lockdowns.

Address change will be accepted only if order has not been shipped. As soon as your package ships, we will message you your package tracking information.

For Cash on Delivery orders, payment is necessary before accepting the order. Refusal of COD orders, will result in future orders not getting processed
